Our providers participate with more than 100+ payers. Following is the list of the major health insurance plans our providers are in-network with. If your insurance is not listed, please complete the make an appointment form for a new patient and allow us to get back to you to confirm if we accept your insurance.
Please know if we don’t accept your insurance, we’ll provide you with a payment receipt of the services we provided you that you may submit to your insurance company to instruct them to send you the reimbursements directly.

Please also know that with a number of health plans, there may be deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance for which you would be responsible.

What insurance do you accept?

We accept most major commercial insurance plans and Medicare. But we do not accept Medicaid.

You may receive a bill if:

If you get a bill you’re not expecting, please contact us. Our team can review it with you and explain the charges in plain language. If needed, we can discuss payment plan options.

You can call our office or provide your insurance information during intake, and our team will verify your benefits for you. We’ll let you know what your plan covers, any out-of-pocket costs, and answer any questions so you know exactly what to expect.
