We are seeking a high-performing Business Development & Community Engagement Lead to drive consistent referral growth for a dual-diagnosis PHP/IOP behavioral health program in Texas. This field-based, relationship-driven role focuses on building and maintaining strong referral pipelines across hospitals, outpatient providers, therapists, interventionists, recovery organizations, and other clinical partners. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial professional who thrives in healthcare relationship development and is motivated by performance-based growth opportunities.

Job Description

A high-performing Business Development & Community Engagement Lead is needed to drive referral growth for a dual-diagnosis PHP/IOP behavioral health program in Texas through strong healthcare partnerships.

Established relationships with local referral sources (PCPs, psychiatrists, hospitals, and discharge planners) within a 10–15 mile radius of our Euless facility (200 Westpark Way, Euless, TX)—including Euless, Bedford, Hurst, Grapevine, Colleyville, Irving, North Richland Hills, Southlake, and nearby Mid-Cities—are critical for success in this role.

Schedule:

  • Field-based role with travel across Texas (primarily Dallas and surrounding areas)
  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
  • Occasional evening networking or community events
  • Flexible schedule based on outreach and relationship-building needs

Compensation Structure

  • Base salary ~$75,000 annually
  • Quarterly performance bonuses

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years healthcare business development or behavioral health sales experience
  • Strong referral network in Texas preferred
  • Proven admission or referral growth track record
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • CRM experience preferred
