Dr. Seema Kazi is a highly qualified psychiatrist with over 20 years of clinical experience, bringing a holistic and compassionate approach to mental health care. Triple board-certified in Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, and Internal Medicine, she emphasizes treating the person, recognizing the connection between emotional and physical well-being.
Known for her warmth, attentiveness, and patient-centered approach, Dr. Kazi creates a supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. Debora Simpson is a licensed professional counsellor at Rise Well Behavioral, providing insight-driven, action-oriented therapy in a supportive, non-judgmental setting. She specializes in anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, stress management, and relationship challenges, tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs.
Debora is known for her authentic, intuitive style, blending empathy, humor, and warmth to foster strong therapeutic relationships that encourage growth and self-discovery. Amadi provides structured, evidence-based therapy within Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) settings. She works with adolescents and adults experiencing moderate to severe depression, anxiety, mood instability, ADHD, and co-occurring conditions.
With experience in psychiatric hospital and outpatient environments, Amadi understands the importance of stabilization, skill-building, and continuity of care. She utilizes CBT and DBT informed interventions to help clients develop emotional regulation skills, improve coping strategies, and build a strong foundation for sustained recovery.
