#1 Addiction Treatment Programs in Dallas-Fort Worth

At Rise Well Behavioral, we offer comprehensive addiction treatment programs that support recovery at any stage. Our addiction treatment programs help our clients to prevent relapse and empower them to overcome addiction dependence.

We understand that breaking free from addiction isn’t easy—it can feel overwhelming, isolating, and even impossible at times. That’s why our addiction treatment programs are designed to meet you where you are, offering structured, compassionate care to guide you through every challenge.

The Addiction Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides structured, full-day treatment for individuals who need a higher level of care than IOP but do not require residential treatment. PHP offers intensive, daily clinical support in a structured setting while allowing clients to return home in the evenings.

  • Personalized, evidence-based addiction treatment plans
  • Daily therapeutic sessions focused on stabilization, coping skills, and relapse prevention
  • Support in managing cravings, triggers, stress, and emotional challenges
  • Ongoing progress monitoring to support steady, sustainable recovery

The Addiction Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a step-down level of care from Partial Hospitalization (PHP), designed for individuals who need ongoing structure and support while gradually returning to daily responsibilities such as work, school, or family life.

We offer two IOP options based on level of support needed:

  • IOP 5: 5 days per week for individuals who need more structure, consistency, and clinical support
  • IOP 3: 3 days per week for those who are more stable or stepping down after making progress in treatment

Many clients begin in IOP 5 to receive the highest level of outpatient support and then step down to IOP 3 as their recovery strengthens.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know which level of addiction treatment is right for me?

You don’t have to decide this alone. We will begin with assessment, where we talk with you about:

  • What you’re struggling with
  • Your safety and support system
  • Your mental health and/or substance use history
  • How you’re functioning at work, school, and home

Based on this information, our clinical team will recommend the most appropriate level of care, such as a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) or an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). We’ll clearly explain our recommendation and make sure you have time to ask questions and feel comfortable before starting treatment.

Both are structured treatment programs. The main difference is the time you spend in treatment:

  • PHP: More hours per day, more days per week
  • IOP 5: Fewer hours than PHP, but 5 days per week for strong daily structure
  • IOP 3: 3 days per week for people who need regular support but not daily group sessions

After your initial assessment, our team will help determine the level of care that best fits your recovery needs, based on your symptoms, safety, and daily responsibilities.

The length of your treatment can vary depending on individual needs. Most people participate in PHP or IOP for about 8–12 weeks, but it’s different for everyone.

Your stay depends upon:
  • Your personal recovery goals
  • Your progress in the program
  • What you and your treatment team decide together

Many people step down through different levels of care. For example, starting in PHP, then moving to IOP, then back to regular outpatient therapy.

We accept most major commercial insurance plans and Medicare. But we do not accept Medicaid.

Before you start, we’ll:

  • Verify your benefits
  • Let you know your deductible, copay, or coinsurance
  • Answer questions about expected costs

We also offer self-pay options if you prefer not to use insurance.

Consistent attendance is important for your progress.

  • If you can’t attend a session, Please let us know at least 24 business hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may lead to a fee and can affect your treatment plan.
  • Repeated missed sessions may lead to a review of whether this level of care is still the right fit.

We’ll review all policies with you during orientation so there are no surprises.

Yes. Our Psychiatrist offer medication management as part of addiction treatment when appropriate. This may include:
